Doc990 now brings effective home quarantine & isolation with carefully curated 7 day home care health packages for people exposed to a Covid positive patient or Covid positive patients isolated at home.

The packages are tailor made to suit the requirement of individuals, partners (couples) & families while a dedicated Doctor is assigned to provide special care and medical advice during all 7 days of quarantine/ Home based care.

Special Disclaimer

• Note that this product/package is not a substitute to health initiatives carried out by the Ministry of Health. At any given time, the patient is strictly required to follow guidelines and regulations declared by the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka and co-operate with public health authorities.


• Patients below the age of 3 & above 60, Pregnant Ladies, People with Diabetes/Hypertension/Heart diseases/Kidney diseases/obesity, People experiencing immunocompromised diseases (AIDS, Tuberculosis etc) or on immunosuppressant treatment are NOT ELIGIBLE TO SUBSCRIBE TO THIS PACKAGE.


• People with the unavailability of ventilated rooms & a separate toilet at home, People with the unavailability of support at home or care giver & People with the unavailability of communication modes (Mobile/telephones) also CANNOT SUBSCRIBE to this Package


• This service will not provide you a Medical certificate to cover and justify any leave you will avail due to Home Quarantine/Home Care process.
  
• The patient will be contacted by a Doc990 agent within 12 hours from successful package purchase in order to initiate the medical evaluation and package activation
