Special Notes: A charge of Rs. 2,000 will apply for every appointment exceeding 100 appointments (starting from appointment number 101). Extra numbers will be issued by the consultant during the channel session. Therefore, patients are required to visit the hospital and request extra numbers directly from the consultant’s room. Due to this process, the issuance of extra numbers may vary on certain days depending on the consultant’s requirements and availability.
